My holiday

On Saturday our family and I went on a boat over lake Rotoiti. We walked past a hut
on our way to our camp spot so we stopped and had some food. Then we kept walking until
we got to the camp spot. Dad made a fire to roast our sausages on it. Jonothan and I had
two but Nicholas only had one. Mum brought out some marsh mallows so we had them too.
Then we went into the tent. Mum told us a made up story. Then we went to bed.

Last term our class went to the Suter art gallery. We made poi out of plastic bags and newspaper. Ester told us a Maori legend. Our class watched a movie with flashing poi around the outside. It was really cool.

In the weekend it was really rainy and I scootered to my friend Eva's house.We sold our chocolates to Eva's neighbours. They cost $2.50. Most people brought two chocolates. After that I went to Melany's house. We played with some steping stones.I really enjoyed my weekend.

Hockey

Hi last term we did hockey. I was in the non bibs team. We scored 1 goal. It was really fun.

Cross Country

On Thursday we had cross country.I felt really nervous at first but at the end I felt happy beacause I got a number for the first time. I got number 6.
My mum was cheering for me.It was really fun.My mum told me I had done really well.
